Reflexology

Heather Hayes practices complementary therapies in the art of Reflexology (specialising in fertility treatments), Indian Champissage and Facial Rejuvenation.

Duncan offers treatment for smoking cessation and a range of nervous disorders, including but not limited to, stress management, insomnia, weight loss, confidence building, exam nerves and fear of flying.

With over six years experience both in London and the US, Heather qualified as a Reflexologist at the Central London School of Reflexology under the expert guidance of cofounders Michael and Louise Keet. She continues her studies with post graduate courses to further her education in new techniques and developments in this field, in particular under the counsel of Lee Anthony Taylor. Her areas of speciality concentrate on fertility problems, headaches, migraines, back aches and allergies.

She also learnt the ancient art of Champissage and Facial Rejuvenation under the tutelage of two of the most distinguished practitioners in their field – Kundan and Narendra Mehta at the London School of Indian Champissage – who introduced these exceptional forms of Indian complementary medicine to the UK.

Heather’s areas of expertise include:

Reflexology – an ancient practice which has evolved into a new therapy that activates the innate healing powers of the body through pressure techniques administered to specific reflex points of the foot. Although it may not be used as a diagnosis or a cure, reflexology will return the body to a state of balance by stimulating the body’s own healing mechanisms.

Indian Champissage (head massage) – a highly effective therapy which has been practiced throughout India for thousands of years. Focusing on the release of tension in the head, neck, shoulders and the upper back – leaving you totally stress free.

Facial Rejuvenation – a non-surgical therapy used to reduce the progression of aging by stimulating pressure points and exercising facial muscles with the practice of techniques which have their origins in ancient Indian traditions. This form of treatment not only helps to reverse existing effects of time, weather, stress and tension on your face – it may also help in preventing further damage.
