Appointments with the doctor or nurse

GP surgeries and clinics are by appointment only. If you are unable to keep an appointment, please cancel at least an hour before the appointment, so that it may be allocated to someone else. Each person needs their own appointment. If more than one person needs to be seen, please book a separate appointment for each individual. You must be registered with the practice in order to see any of the clinical staff. To register with us online, please click here.

Appointments open each Monday for the week ahead. You can book an appointment for any time, any day with any doctor, provided appointments with that doctor are available. You will not be able to book for the following week until the following Monday. You are also able to book appointments on the day. For continuity of care, it is ideal to see the same doctor on each visit and we will try to accommodate this. However, please be aware that this is not always possible as some doctor's surgeries can become full before others and you may be asked to see another doctor. Online appointments

You can book appointments online using Emis Access. Only routine doctor's and nurse's appointments are available through this service and you must be registered with the surgery in order to use this service. Please ask a receptionist for your registration details. If you are already registered, click here to book, view and manage your appointments.

Telephone consultations

There is a doctor on call Monday to Friday between 10:00am - 2:00pm, to give results, advice and facilitate other queries over the telephone. There is a different doctor each day, so if the doctor you wish to speak to is not on call, he/she will not be available to take or return your call except in special circumstances. If the doctor on call is not immediately available, the receptionist will take your details and ask the doctor to call as soon as possible. Results are not given on Mondays.
