Persons must be living within the practice area in order to be registered with Chatfield Health Care. New patients will be asked to produce proof of residency such as an utility bill or bank statement when arriving at reception or registering online.

Our practice area is large, covering parts of Battersea and Wandsworth and is bounded by:

• the River Thames to the north,
• Battersea Bridge Road and Latchmere Road to the east,
• Allfarthing Lane, Windmill Road, Spencer Park and Lower Lavender Hill to the south
• Garratt Lane, Ram Street and Swandon Way to the west.
