Chatfield Health Care Recognised with Quality Improvement Award

We are proud to announce that Chatfield Health Care has been awarded a Quality Improvement Award in recognition of our ongoing work supporting veterans within our community.

The award celebrates initiatives that significantly enhance safety, efficiency, and patient outcomes through innovation, and we are honoured that our commitment to veteran care has been recognised at a national level.

Supporting veterans is something that is deeply important to our team. We understand that members of the Armed Forces community can face unique health and wellbeing challenges, and we remain committed to ensuring that veterans receive compassionate, personalised, and accessible care. Over recent years, we have worked hard to strengthen the support available to veterans and their families, helping to ensure they feel recognised, respected, and supported throughout their healthcare journey.

This achievement follows another very special moment for the practice in November last year, when His Majesty King Charles III visited Chatfield Health Care and recognised our work with veterans. It was an incredibly proud occasion for both our staff and patients, and it further highlighted the importance of continuing to improve services for those who have served.
